Antani Gnanappirakasam

A born visionary and a risk-taker, Antani is the driving force behind 5 Spice Dining. He always had a passion for food; food for the soul. Growing up, the health benefits that various spices had to offer and how that could be incorporated within cooking always intrigued him.
